You can release your print jobs from your own laptop or other device at any SkyPrint printer on campus, including the library.  There is a SkyPrint printer in the library's Learning Commons (lobby) and two printers on the 2nd floor.  For more details, see https://sites.google.com/g.emporia.edu/techsite/home/skyprint

  • Be sure to save the document you want to print.  SkyPrint supports files with extensions of .pdf, .doc, .xls, and picture files such as .png or .jpg.
  • On your computer, go to Hornet 365 at http://hornet.emporia.edu and click on "Students".
  • Click on "Skyprint" and log in with your ESU username and password.
  • You will see your credit balance, recent jobs, add credit, and submit new jobs.
  • Click on "Web Print", then "Submit a Job"
  • Select the type of printer needed for the print job.  Duplex will print on both sides of the paper and No Duplex will print on one side only.
  • Click on "Print Options and Account Selection"
  • Select the number of copies you need and click on "Upload Documents"
  • Select the file from your computer and click on Upload and Complete. You will see the total cost of the print job.  If you don't have enough credit, you can either cancel the job or click "Add Credit" on the left. You can add credit using a credit or debit card.
  • The print job will remain in the queue for 24 hours.  Go to a SkyPrint printer within that time frame and log in to the printer with your ESU user name and password to release the print job.
  • The cost for printing is $0.08 per page for B/W, $0.32 per sheet of paper.
