Q. I'm having issues downloading an image from Artstor, it requires me to log in with an Artstor account. Can you help?

If you are accessing Artstor from the Libraries + Archives database listing, you do not need an account with Artstor to download an image. You can create an account (which is recommended if you plan on saving images as a collection to share for a project), which allows you to quickly download images from the database.

However, you can also select the "print preview" option (button next to the download button in Artstor), which will open up a second browser tab, which will allow you to right-click, save image as... to your computer. This option does not require you to create an account.
