We've been experiencing a few issues with DT+ and off-campus access, it sort of gets stuck when we share specific URLs. The work around we've been able to use is directing researchers to Digital Theatre Plus from our A-Z List: https://libguides.emporia.edu/az.php?a=d. Then, researchers can manually search for the source they want to view.

If this still fails, it helps to refresh the page once you've entered the database (e.g. click DT+ from the A-Z list, refresh the web page, and then search).

We do have a help ticket out with DT+ but they haven't been able to discover what keeps making it glitch for our off campus users. Their guess is that it has to do with our proxy access (which is the magic portal that grants you access to our resources). Which would explain why it works better on campus. We just don't have a better solution from them at the moment.
